Las elecciones a los Cabildos insulares de 2003 se celebraron el domingo 25 de mayo de 2003 en los siete cabildos insulares de Canarias, esto es, los de El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, La Palma, Lanzarote y Tenerife. En total fueron elegidos 149 consejeros insulares.
